While I’m excited to see how #LLMs and #AI evolve—and which abstraction layers emerge to simplify interactions—I can’t imagine a future where any piece of interactive #software isn’t either a direct LLM wrapper or connected to one.
The game is changing, and AI is at the core of it all.
It’s T-minus 2 days to my private beta launch of @cmsly.bsky.social, and I spent most of yesterday on that same shiny object that ate hours the day before.

This means they can choose to use Cloudflare (its just not built into the MVP so it a manual process atm).

Everyday I get up and work on #MVP for 8 to 12 hrs... and everyday I am amazed at the advancements in my system and what #AI can do with such little information when guided correctly.

Beyond that, I feel the iteration cycle starting to rapidly increase in velocity... to the point, I am considering it might be time to incorporate as a company so I can launch!
However, what I am happiest about achieving this week is migration from a "cache only" data store to a full persistent #Postgres database. This has only been possible through data store model refinement.
I even had time for a “vanity project,” refactoring inline #tailwind styles into component styles, earning me the “Wasted Time” award for implementing #DarkMode!
However, just four days later (like an episode of Black Mirror), everything changed. I’m no longer behind—I'm actually way ahead of where I thought I’d be! As I revisit my original PoC components to iterate, innovate, and integrate them in, I’m realising I planned more than I expected upfront.

This week started out a bit rough. By Monday night—after a tough day—I was starting to wonder if I’d bitten off more than I could chew with @cmsly.bsky.social as a solo dev, and whether I’d need some kind of #startup #funding to finish on time!
Today was all about laying solid foundations.

The MVP allows users to design, develop, build, deploy , update & maintain a headless CMS with API to a region of their choice
Thus, since each step provides value, I've loosely coupled them so the market can decide, but I see value in the project based workflow
I hear ya, but on the flip side I am also building this tool for me, as an opportunity to upskill after 7 years of leading a tech department and slipping down the innovation curve.
With that said, the MVP us quite limited in functionality, you can only design, build and deploy a basic API.
