Very sad to hear of the death of the great Lou Zocchi, who spent much of his life advocating for higher standards in dice manufacturing. He and his infectious enthusiasm will be sadly missed.

I keep a copy of the circles of control/concern taped above my desk. When things feel overwhelming, it reminds me to focus on the inner circles, the places where my energy can actually make a difference.

I don’t think it means caring less. Just choosing where to act.
