A8: I tell the story of my own experience. Libraries were the place I was never told no in a world that always told me my limitations. The children of our world today are also told no, our school libraries can be their place of “yes.” #TLSkyChat

the libraries people remember from their childhoods. We evolved, we teach, not quiet, we do so much more than checkout books! Steam learning, computer programming, computational thinking, AI literacy, graphic design AND reading & books all in 1 week! #TLSkyChat

A6: I always try to have opportunities for volunteers to join us! I show up to every PTA meeting & let them know the goings-on etc. I get involved in other school wide events & invite the public library to join us for those! Me too! They hmm and haw and I’m like take all of them! The only rule I have in the library is one of a series bc it’s not fair I get 5 dogman books and someone else gets none. It’s always Dogman. #TLSkyChat
