Today is day 7. I’m surprised by how easy it's been so far. The last time I cut back on coffee was during my pregnancies, when a lot was happening inside me, and I really struggled to limit my intake to 0 or 1 cup per day (but I did!).

I won't say I’m proud, but I’m happy with my progress 😃

I'm dramatically reducing the amount of coffee I drink every day. I got to a point where I was drinking 4 to 6 cups a day. While it didn't affect my sleep, I think it was affecting my anxiety.

Today is day 3 with just one cup of coffee. And it's not as bad as I thought!
