(And if you want a more thorough dive into modern druids, there's a brilliant lecture from @greshamcollege.bsky.social linked in the description. ๐ฟ )
An image of a Temu ad listing packs of Magic. The Gathering cards for between $0.62 to $1.05.
What do you think Temu magic packs have inside? Wrong answers only

Winning campaign slogan here if anyone wants it.
Also the readers were excellent. It's a lot of bang for your audible-credit buck.
You've got some great recs here already, but I'll toss in Joe Hill's "King Sorrow."
I found it gripping and unpredictable. ๐
COVID-19 remains the only crisis he has faced that he did not cause himself.
I appreciate that we have a holiday to promote critical thinking and punish lazy credulity.
Me during Lorwyn: "Can't wait for a story about Lorwyn characters! Oh... random kids from Strixhaven."
Me now: "Can't wait for a story about Strixhaven kids! Oh... planeswalkers and their drama."
I half expect the protagonists of Reality Fracture to be the crew of the starship Enterprise.

Epilogue: going to repost tomorrow with an edited version. I doubt it will go far, being reused content and likely not getting a lot of clicks or watchtime from subscribers who've already seen it. But the lesson was invaluable.
So yeah, the "summarize this video with AI" feature is slop if you are a viewer, but can be an valuable tool for getting the algorithm to tell you what its dumb ass is thinking.
8/8
In the opening section, I used the term "cock-and-bull story" as a cutesy way to describe lying.
You can guess why the algorithm thought that was unacceptable.
7/
So then I asked, "Is this appropriate for children?"
To which it replied saying the subject matter was appropriate but it did use vulgar language.
Interestingly, it also gave a timestamp and it was NOT the a-word!
6/
The summary was relatively accurate, but what really helped was the ability to ask questions after.
I asked "Is this AI?"
I got a correct answer of "No, it's a human using puppets."
5/
While stewing on this, I watched the video on my personal account. On a whim, I clicked "summarize video with AI". I hate this feature, but it proved invaluable here.
4/
I had a few working theories: One was that a character says the a-word, so it might be flagging it as adult content. The other idea was that since I reuse footage of the puppets, it might be flagging it as " reused content" or AI generated. But I had no way of knowing.

Backstory: My channel, "The Pooka Lounge" has been steadily getting views with each video, more or less. Then my most recent video went from 800-1000 views down to about 40.

YouTubers, I found an interesting exploit for figuring out why a video is tanking. 1/

While I don't like the format of source material cards (the white text with black border looks amateurish), they worked better in Spider-Man with the comic book art than in any other set.
The flavor text lacked the actual wittiness of the character and comics, and all felt surface-level.
I'm a HUGE Spider-Man fan. Villain cards were fun & a nice nostalgia hit. But none of the Spider-Man cards felt like they had any mechanical identity to do with Peter Parker. Only exception was the Azorius one from the scene box, with webbing as stun counters, but it had zero synergy in the set.

I love games and so many of the people who make them. It was an honor to accept the award on behalf of the team and a privilege to be able to speak to what I believe in. โฅ๏ธ
