Trying to eat some dinner while watching the Lightning pregame show while queasy is optimistic of me.
This wasn’t a Vinny Lecavalier leaving situation. This wasn’t a Steven Stamkos leaving situation.

I saw the title of a Tampa sports writer’s article that came out today about giving Marty his flowers.
Bold of him to assume I can’t do that and hold a grudge. I’m still mad at the Devils for eliminating the Lightning in the 2003 playoffs.
I can recognize Marty St. Louis’ contributions to Lightning hockey. I watched a lot of it in person. Hell, his jersey number hung in the rafters right in front of my old season seat for years.
I can recognize all of that and still side eye the way he left the Lightning.
Additional blasphemy while I’m at it. Maybe it’s because I didn’t watch Clone Wars until I was a full adult but I am ambivalent to Ahsoka. And the season of her show we got was boring. They made live action media with connections to Star Wars Rebels BORING.
I LOVE the first 2 seasons of Mandalorian so much. Once it started being shoehorned to connect to other characters’ journeys is when they lost me. Season 3 was horrible. Really hoping for a fun adventure more in line with why we feel in love with Mando and Grogu to begin with.
