A striking, chaotic comic-style cover layered with overlapping hand-drawn panels, showing fragmented faces, sketchbook pages, and inked figures in a mix of rough linework and vivid colour. Fluorescent yellow horizontal bands slice across the entire image like warning tape, partially obscuring the artwork beneath. Over this, bold, blocky black typography reading “Drawn to Extinction” runs vertically and dominates the composition, creating a sense of disruption and tension. The background feels like a collage of analogue craft under pressure, with visible pencil marks, notes, and expressive character art clashing against the harsh digital overlays, evoking the collision between human creativity and machine generation.

As a massive fan of the book, I thought the whole movie was a phenomenal achievement. Of course it has flaws and issues, but it was a massive undertaking. 3 star movie, with an extra star for pure audacity, love and craft. 4/5 easily.

I think this might be my favourite / most important quote in the entire book. It’s the entire moral message of the world we’ve built for young people.

Last year I got my mittens on this absolute beast from @mattkindt.bsky.social and the gang; The hardback deluxe edition of BRZRKR … it’s sensational. Would do someone serious damage if used as a weapon in a burglary too, it weighs the same as my 13-year-old daughter.

Full quote from the brilliant Matt: “It’s a simple supply and demand. If people care so little about their entertainment that they'll let the algorithm feed them A.I. generated content then there won't be a place for what we do.”

Once again, people calling for the resignation of the prime minister have not got a plan B. A world on the brink of war, massive economic crisis, worst unemployment issue on record, an NHS on its knees and people are actively campaigning, with the media, for MORE instability. Trial by social media.

I’m not deliberately shitting on the interviewer whoever he is, but when at any other time in history are you able to a) make this kind of footage, and b) get it so badly wrong by not being professional. The internet totally trashed basic standards.

Geezus. This a sensational way of highlighting how messed up the modern world is. Watch it all the way through. An interview with an ICON and an honour to have time with him, and you forget to turn the ring off on your phone. Unbelievable arrogance. Nimoy is PISSED OFF.
