Also pregnancy is 9 months, then 6 weeks of recovery for non c section births- also you are recovering AND caring for a newborn 24/7. And if you breast feed- you’re still not yourself and have to take special care. And maybe 3-6 months after you finish breast feeding, you start to get yourself back
