Being the steward of change inside a large organization means you get to watch various people disappointed / relieved / nostalgic / skeptical (of your ability) on a bunch of virtual meetings.
Today is about trying to get a site ready to review by a team that will soon not be paid to care about said site. Building trust is hard when they know you are here to replace them.
