Well, for starters, Moon Child is a game from the people who made Hoi. Was originally going to be for Amiga, ended up on PC.
I was assuming Ethan up above was drawing Hoi because Hoi's been seen in the Moon Child prototype footage/screenshots that have been floating around lately.
