Hey, thanks a lot! This is a bug in the app which will be fixed in the upcoming update. You should see on the purchase screen‘s title that you’re a plus user and on the settings screen that the plan is active - like in the screenshots attached. We’ll address this flaw soon.
Hey Pulin, thanks for reaching out to us. We send the task on WhatsApp and if that fails, we send it on Messages. Messages is significantly more expensive.
We’re working on incorporating iMessage and allowing users to select their preferred channel once we get our costs down. Hope that makes sense
