So now inflation doesn’t matter🙄. Anyone in health care (especially small hospitals) can relate to this bs. Happens every 5-6 years. Admin says we need to cut back. People get fired and positions not filled (some departments, usually the lowest paid like kitchen and housekeeping outsourced).
