Black people would be better able to "extend grace" if:
1. grace were EVER extended to us, at any point, under ANY circumstance.
2. White people didn't have a 400+ year track record of lying to our faces about the anti-blackness we experience nearly daily.

When I say I have to catch myself when I get to that point of the song…?!
I hate that you're spot-on with this.
LISTEN. I learned that song phonetically, and eventually started translating bits and pieces of it.
*pulls out calculator* Um… is this more "satire?"
AGREED!
TOOK ME BACK TO FIRST ALBUM FEELS!!!
Shouldn't it be the other way around? I promise, the porn never left Twitter. It's only beginning to find it's way over here.
Because that's a factual statement for me on a lot of days… 🤣🤣🤣
I am OBSESSED. I played the song ALL AFTERNOON in my car yesterday.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. WORSE THAN 2020.
Y'all. We are REALLY in DECEMBER OF 2025. HOW?!
Don't do this. 🤣🤣🤣
If growing was comfortable, we'd all keep doing it.
What a time to be alive.
Omg, it's really the first of November. How did we get here so fast?!
Valid point.
This one changed the most for me as adult. I'm talking RECENTLY. That "It's alright, it's alright, I used to be sad, but it's alright now" hits COMPLETELY DIFFERENT after you've lived through a few things.
We might be closer to one, since Elon don't fw him anymore lol.
