I think you could point at a lot of kinks and claim that depending on where you stand. I wouldn't go so far as to suggest therapy is needed. It's just not for me cuz it hits on details that don't matter to me.

I'm not sure the glorification and emphasis on death and murder around vore ever really appealed to me even as a fatal vore enjoyer, but some folks have definitely seemed to push the envelope much further than I used to see it.
