Good news in the latest inflation report.

The total CPI rose only 0.1% over the month, and 2.4% over the year.

"Core" CPI also rose only 0.1% last month, and is up 2.8% over the year.

Inflation's not back to where we want it, but these data are better than Wall St expected.

as Oprea suggests.

It talks about evaluations, but actually shows that hard to evaluate decisions (many call complexity, but I disagree with that terminology) can lead one to mentally represent a problem as having uncertainty.
