Transparency comes with the de facto position of honesty. There’s vulnerability and an emotion with transparency whereas with honesty there is no inherited vulnerabilities or risk of one feeling “exposed”. Being honest is singular there is nothing on the line. Growth comes in transparency.

There was a question asked on old twitter and I thought it was interesting. The question was, “would you prefer honesty or transparency?”

In short I said these are two different ask for different states of being.

Live by the mantra…

“In life, require yourself to be two things, Great and Undeniable. For if you strive for greatness, you cannot be denied.”

Vindication comes when you step back and in that moment of reflection say, “I did THIS” and others enjoy it just as much as I enjoyed the journey.
