These were just my personal vibes, and I didn’t really have concrete evidence to support how it didn’t sit right with me, which is why I never spoke about it publicly.

I’ve never presented myself as such in the TTRPG space. I am an enthusiast, a performer, a player, an artist, and once in a blue moon a GM. I am not a game writer. It felt insidious for him to try and get the group of us to do free labor to “play a game” without being upfront about intentions.
One of the biggest red flags was when he reached out to me to be part of a regency style game. The way he approached me made it sound like this was just me joining a table for a short shot. No. He pulled myself and a few other friends into a group to “brain storm” ideas for a “new system.”
A lot of information is being shared and people are coming forward regarding DayLITE Publications, and I’m glad it’s finally happening. I was older and cognizant enough to realize that something didn’t seem right about Cam’s practices.

write diversity into your shows and cast intentionally, a character's race/gender DO impact who they are and you should know that before casting.
