Why don't you want to work for consultancies? There are lots of environmental consultancies that do great conservation work, often filling in capacity gaps for overworked government and ENGO offices. Lots of small, local consultancies out there too if your concern is with getting lost in Corporate.

Oldest tadpole

Oldest tadpole

Youngest tadpole

Youngest tadpole

All three tads have front legs now! Here's pics of the oldest and youngest tads from today. The oldest tad is visibly smaller, and its tail is about 40% of the size of the youngest one, as it has not eaten for about 2 weeks now while it reabsorbs its tail, and changes its mouth type

gorgeous! our potted plants only exist in the living room so that has constrained how many we can have. this was an intentional constraint, but i still managed to accumulate 45+ pots of plants lol. whoopsies.

oh yeah, theres always yellowed and dead leaves to clean up, plants that are declining and could use a repot, plants that could be split, etc etc. my partner had to stop me because i probably could have kept going for another 2 hours haha. what plants do you have these days?

2 months ago 1 0 1 0

I started a few plant chores while my partner was at the dentist just for "an hour or so." It's been 3 hours and im still fluttering around finding more plants to clean up lol
