This is so sick. Reminds me of Berserk covers

Playing The Alters was a deeply personal experience, and I touched on just some of that in this piece. I'd encourage anyone with an interest in the game to check it out :)

I got to go hands-on with Baby Steps, a new game from the creators of Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy and Ape Out. So far, it's quite incredible.

I reviewed #FatalfuryCityoftheWolves for @gamerant, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. TL;DR: it's a great fighting game with some minor shortcomings, but well worth checking out.

GTA 4 is arguably the best in the series, and I think it's long past time it got a remaster for modern hardware.

I just reviewed #Centum, one of the most intriguing point-and-click games I've played in a while. Check out the piece if you're itching for something spooky, thoughtful, and bizarre: gamerant.com/centum-review/
Assassin's Creed is a tricky franchise for me: it's cynical and shallow in many ways, but there's also nothing else quite like it. Read this article if you want to hear me speculate about rebooting the series: gamerant.com/assassins-cr...

I keep thinking about this piece I wrote last month and how we really don't know what's next for Silent Hill. Where's Konami going to go with the series after that SH2 remake banger? gamerant.com/silent-hill-...
Keep Driving is one of 2025's early masterpieces. It's clever, moving, and vibey as hell.

Extremely happy to have gotten the chance to talk with @riverendgames.bsky.social about Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream. It's shaping up to be one of my most anticipated games of the year.

New review from yours truly. Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap is a solid co-op experience, a great tower defense hybrid, and a middling roguelike. Check out my full thoughts here:

Many of these people sacrificed everything to be here, hoping for a better life. For Cubans, the US represented an escape from an authoritarian, oppressive government. Turns out, things might not be so different here. Shameful.
When we got back to the states, he said he felt like he could breathe again.
To think that millions of immigrants, not to mention US citizens, are now afraid of this same thing happening in the "Land of the Free" is disgusting and disappointing.
My father escaped Cuba in 1994, eventually attaining US citizenship after renouncing his ties with Cuba. Even so, when we visited Cuba years later, he barely left the hotel for fear of being nabbed by the authorities, forced to return to the country that he fought so hard to leave behind.

It's tough. If you believe people when they say your work is good, then you'll probably believe them when they say your work is bad. But also, it's so easy to melt into that external praise.
Lol never done one before but that's what I've heard. I'll have to dive in and see what happens
Impeccable list. One of the best. Astonishing
