📥 Bulk Import (Beta) for Capacities Believers

Believers can now import up to 100 objects at once to bring existing content into Capacities much faster.

This is an early testing phase, and we’ll expand the limit after the first round of feedback. ✨

🤖 AI Chat Connectors (Beta) for Capacities Pro

You can now connect Capacities to ChatGPT, Claude, Le Chat, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible tools. Once connected, your AI can search your notes, read full objects, save content to your daily note, and include direct object links in responses.

Your space can now connect directly to the AI chat tools you already use, and Believers get early access to a faster way to bring content in. 🚀

🏷️ Tag Aliases

You can now add aliases to tags too, making it easier to find the right tag when you use different words, names, or languages.

💬 Better Context for AI

The AI assistant can also use this extracted image data as context when you chat about your media.

So instead of just storing images, you can actually work with the information inside them. ✨

🎨 Smarter Image Properties

The new analysis also fills image properties for you, including Category and Colors.

That makes it easy to build queries like “all handwritten notes” or “all blue images” and use them in dashboards or project pages. 💫

That means your screenshots, handwritten notes, whiteboards, and photos become much easier to search, filter, and work with. Extracted text is indexed in full-text search too, so words inside your images are now part of your workflow. ✨

You can now analyze any image in Capacities with one click. Get a better title, a short description, detected text, a color palette, and a category automatically.

We recently polished the side panel experience in Capacities and added some new features. 🆕

We added a 'Swap' button so you can quickly switch what's in your main view and side panel , so you can rearrange your workspace however you need. 💫

You can now open backlinks and mentions in the side panel which makes reviewing them even easier! 💫

The AI assistant now searches your knowledge base using both full-text and semantic search. Ask about "dogs" and it'll find notes about mammals, pets, and domestic animals too. Better context, better answers. ✨

Pull up notes, references, and backlinks alongside your work without leaving the page. The new side panel lets you open multiple objects at once, stack up to three tabs, and swap content into the main view with one click. 💫
