feel it's important to set boundaries early on and just want it to be absolutely clear that things like anti-racism, anti-fascism, prison abolition, anarchism, etc, are non negotiable for me and no amount of friendship will make me more loyal to you than to these values

other important boundaries I want nothing to do w that aren't to do with My identity:
policing anyone else's identity, whether it's disability, mental illness, sexuality, gender, etc.
debating someone who has Lived Experience of the thing they're talking about.
refusing to take accountability

so basically just know that I'm not ever gonna be defending white people idc if you're a friend or whatever if you're engaging in white supremacy on any level. also encourage anyone to tell me in whatever way feels fit if I'm doing so myself

this is also not something about Me so much as a boundary I'm setting rn. I've been in trans communities long enough to see people drop their "anti-racist" values the second a POC isn't angelic to them and it's a zero tolerance thing

as I hope is indicated by previous reposts I am not interested in being friends/mutuals w anyone who doesn't prioritise Black ppl and POC. I have no interest being in community w people who prioritise whiteness. this is not a debatable point

Wanna make a clarification here: Black trans folks generally cannot safely trust the white trans community as a whole. Individual members may be safe and put the work in, but the community, as a whole, will *always* prioritize solidarity in whiteness over solidarity in transness.
