These strategies have been effective in helping me resist the temptation to work while off duty, even though it's still a work in progress.

To counter this, I decided to spend more time at the gym, working out until I'm too exhausted to think about work. I also started planning for the next few quarters of 2024, which helped me shift my focus away from the present.

It's strange how my work email and pending tasks constantly occupy my mind, even when I'm not at work. It's as if they have taken over my thoughts - I find myself checking my phone for new emails even on weekends and after work hours. It's not healthy, I know, but I couldn't help it.
