if there is a path to either national nonpartisan redistricting or proportional representation, it is going to go through one party or another. but the first step toward it actually happening is for that party to win power, and you go to war with the system you have, not the one you want.

It’s IND Brooklyn. Not a corrupt club. And no I don’t know what went into the endorsement decision. But I do know that some members refused to sign a Goldman petition, as I did.

I have concerns but cannot claim to know the entire picture.

I wasn’t part of the club endorsement process, so I’m not sure what went on there. I was genuinely shocked that Lander couldn’t get their endorsement, but maybe there was a strong incumbency bias.

I see Goldman all over Facebook and get fliers in the mail. I see only a few Lander ads on Facebook and no fliers. No canvassing for either. Also, my local Democratic club endorsed Goldman over Lander. But apparently, many members refused to petition for or even sign a petition Goldman (I was one).

No idea. But I’m concerned that Lander is not campaigning effectively. Get out there, Brad! Start earning votes!! @bradlander.bsky.social
