Mirror image is better used as a defensive/threat drop now, it does absolute beans for damage, auto attack with staff funnily enough does more. And its better using something else for the gcd if you dont need the defensive/aggro drop.
Unfortunately you can't, you cant even enter non-season dungeons on heroic which sucks. So this achivement is pretty much locked till next season. And if you miss it you gotta pretty much wait till the xpac is over. I missed TWW's and with s3's dungeons had to wait to get the achivo. :(
