i am not happy w this situation with my hand but there is nothing else i can do until i fulfill my obligations to my clients so work will be slow but happening! i feel awful about it i hate that situations keep delaying work so i will do my best to catch up asap
still in limbo but we are moving most of our stuff on the 19th. i also unfortunately need surgery to correct my de quervain’s but occupational therapy has strengthened my hand enough to hopefully finish out my queue first. after that i will break from taking on more work to get surgery

If anyone has advice on what to do about the studio situation id love to hear it bc i dont really know what my rights are here as a non residential tenant. i am wondering if i could withhold rent for as long as the space was unusable. i am moving so this will not be a problem forever at least
just wanted to update about a situation i am involved in where i am renting a studio space that was advertised as heated in winter but has been unusable for half of the winter bc it is BELOW FREEZING inside even with a space heater. i am unable to work and am very frustrated with the situation
DHS post: Today, Border Patrol agents who were in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area as part of a targeted enforcement operation were repeatedly harassed and blocked by hostile crowds while simply trying to take bathroom breaks. At each gas station where the agents stopped to use the restroom, groups of agitators appeared, yelled at them, stalked them, and even tried to prevent law enforcement vehicles from leaving, creating unsafe conditions. At one stop, individuals in the crowd threw food at the agents. At their final gas station stop, someone spit on an agent. When an agent moved to detain the person who spit on him, the crowed tackled and attacked the agents while surrounding them.
