Judging from the redness, perhaps a few hours or so. Pink: What a cute little kitty~ Look at that blushy face! Aww, does it tickle that badly? Oh, poor thing...

He looks at the viewer with a bashful expression, fiddling with his hands. Rambley: U-Um...What do you think? It's a new addition I made to the interactive program...Based off your history, I figured this works the best! I haven't tested it just yet tho...But that's okay! We can test it together! That was fun! Rambley shares the sentiment. He's got a loopy smile, looking dizzy but content. His hands hold onto the viewer's lovingly as they rub his paw.
