95% humidity in Florida today meant taking it easy at Clermont Waterfront #parkrun. Love the 7.30am start time though.

Crossflatts #parkrun was celebrating Leeds' promotion in the briefing this week. I can be seen looking confused and stretching instead. It's the closest event to Elland Road so my mate maybe should have foregone the Arsenal top. If I was 5 minutes quicker I'd have worn my Norwich top and placed 1st.
