This is the first "Mystery Island" film I've seen. It's a made-for-TV movie, with lots of fades to black for commercials.

The plot is scholastic, as is the insipid acting.

Everything seems artificial: the setting, the clothes, and the actors' faces. I don't think I'll become a fan of the series.
