It’s disgusting and it’s not nutritious. Without greens and some form of fruit they’re going to get scurvy, for cryin’ out loud. And ‘meat product’ does not equal meat. At least give them less costly proteins like chicken, quinoa, beans, or lentils.

I sincerely hope Jabba the Dump knows he cannot fire a supreme court justice. Or murder one. Or force Congress to do either.

Once the Hamptons are cleared out, the entire area could be a lovely park and nature preserve.

That’s actually what they’re supposed to look like. Those are probably the best-tasting tomatoes in this country. In other parts of the world, when I first saw real fruits & veggies grown w/o chemicals, insecticides, & genetic modification for perfect looks, I was icked, but then I ate them. Yum!

Update: The baby is still out there with its mom (she leaves periodically, to get food & possibly to care for other babies. I am worried, with recent high winds, she may have had more blow out. The baby has moved but its left leg and wing are damaged. Found a sanctuary 1 hr. away, will call Mon.

It’s not helpful now, but I have recently retired and might want to get in some seasonal rotations as a dm at some dive centers where I know the owners sometime. More recently I’ve been focusing on my marine photography and capturing human-caused destruction of marine habitats for nonprofits.

We’ve been putting out water throughout the day, smearing our hands with dirt to smell less human. I am glad they moved to the shade, it’s really hot here. But yeah, I was relieved the mom came. I trust her most.

Thanks! That was all a long time ago. I’m a dive master now, been diving since around 2005, though I’d been certified younger, in the 90s too. That pic is old. But I’m addicted, you too?

I tried, but they recommended a bird vet. It’s such a young bird, and its mom has been sitting with and holding it since yesterday afternoon, it has been able to walk a bit, and she’s feeding it. I’m hoping it will get better - it looks better today. It’s pretty recently hatched. Here’s mom & baby.

Yes, this is why it took me about 3 years, back when I first started diving, to see one. All the other divers would be pointing right at one and I’d just see ‘weird-looking sponge thing.’ For a while, my husband didn’t believe they exist.
