This ruling states that legally a person's sex refers to their sex assigned at birth, as opposed to the gender they are living as. This opens up opportunities for transphobes to exclude genderqueer people from single sex spaces entirely, or force them to use facilities misaligned with their gender expression, leading to a higher potential for violence and harressment, especially towards transfemmes. TERFs want trans people to be isolated and cast away from public spaces. We must show up in our masses to show them that us and our allies exist, and that we will never back down, nor live in fear. There are MANY more of us than them, and we will not let devision and bigotry plague our streets.

Considering that this is quite literally contained within the Forstater judgement (which established Gender Criticalism as a protected belief).... I don't see how this ruling is anything except a miscarriage of justice, even by the pro-GC standards of the courts.
Forstater’s own judgment, which sets the precedent for the protection of anti-trans beliefs says:
“This judgment does not mean those with GC beliefs can misgender trans persons with impunity”
Cis people alone determine what constitutes as harassment of trans people.
