"I have to wash the dishes"
Saying "I have to..." Can have a negative sound to it.
I have to take the dogs out. I have to go to work tomorrow.
Change "I have to" to "I get to"
I get to take the dogs out. I get go to work tomorrow.
This helps your mind focus on the positive!
That would be interested, some kind of flexible schedule like that.
When I think "small class" though, I'm really after anything less than 20. 16-18 is great

I think smaller class sizes would be beneficial. I know there is research that says otherwise, but from my experience smaller classes perform better and usually have less behavior issues
Absolutely! And most of them also plan activities, teach lessons, and support teachers!
