Finished Platform Revolution last weekend. Solid primer on what makes platforms successful. A bit dated, but the core ideas still hold up.

Now diving into Accelerate by Nicole Forsgren. About halfway through.

Recommend me some books on software delivery / development. I’ll add them to my list.
