New paper from me!
We had a close look at seismo-acoustic data from all across Aotearoa after the spectacular 2022 eruption of Hunga volcano. We found evidence for rare and weird acoustic phenomena, particularly booming noises triggered by a Lamb wave and an extremely rare Pekeris wave.
