same reason I left (apart from the AI stuff + constant politics and ragebaiting nonsense)

trust me, it’s much better here — I have far less followers here and yet I’m getting nearly twice the engagement

that was my initial reason, i won’t lie!

it truly seemed like “the place to be” after tumblr’s artist scene kinda died down

but then my best friend introduced me to Bluesky (didn’t know it existed) and told me Tiktok was also a better alternative

and she was right. FAR more engagement here
