Imagine your legend arguing with robots at midnight.

I'd like to see Pompey send Matthews, Kirk or Waddingham to them next season on loan to get some regular game time in League One at a big-ish club.

Exactly that! Played a fair bit out of position, but he never caused a fuss and only ever gives it 100%. For a player to move half way across the world and play in an entirely different league, he's done very well. Our best summer business.

Please have Segecic be our out and out number 10 next season.

Lovely Pompey are staying up. Now Mousinho really-really needs to be backed in the summer.

We're staying up, yeah, but this is shambolic from Pompey.

Give me 90 + minutes of horrendous decisions than one single moment of VAR.

Championship clubs reject bringing in VAR next season Championship clubs have turned down the chance to introduce a challenge system of VAR for the 2026-27 season.

Love to see it.

Thought it was Aston Villa? I thought he left Forest after they were relegated and then joined Villa?

A genuine Pompey legend.

He should write a book about his time. I'm sure it would be some read.

Agree on both fronts. If he was a free, sure, but I'd rather the funds be spent elsewhere. And Adams has been unreal. We need more Adams'.

Ah, thank you! There's also ABH Promotions, Neu Waves, Psych and So Young, who all do great things as well locally!

That's only one of the greatest players to ever play for Pompey in Muntari, after he had a downfall and went to AC Milan, who have never won at Fratton Park in their entire history.

I forgotten about him as well! I'd personally not bring him back next season and rather the money be spent elsewhere.

Segecic has done well, really. Matthews has potential. Bowat has his moments. Umeh, Waddingham, and Kirk need a loan. Umeh and Waddingham also just need to be fit more. It sadly just hasn't worked for Farrell, and I think League One is Blair's level for the next few years. Forgot about Knight.

We might still get top half!

3 days ago 3 0 1 0

True! Sadly, that's a player who is great, but just isn't fit enough.

Had Murphy and Shaughnessy been fit throughout the season, and with the addition of Adams in Jan, we'd have easily been top half. We're not too many points from that now. ๐Ÿ‘€

I'd say a high 7. Adams has been fantastic. Anderson has been decent but has been injured twice now since only Jan. Dia has been good. Brown has been pretty ok. Alli has been hit and miss but mostly hit. There was also that Sunderland player who never played for us (can't remember their name).

Already have one link ahead of next season.

I think there would be riots if he left for that little. We don't NEED to sell

3 days ago 1 0 1 0

Yeah, totally. Just feel the money we have spent on fees has sadly mostlt been wasted. I think a combo of extra investment, but a sensible amount and greater use of the money being spent needs to be better. No more 'FM like projects'. More Ebou Adams.

Yeah, sadly, Farrell hasn't worked out here. And yeah totally. I just really hope we sign more resilient players next season who aren't injured every other month.

He was ignored until he stated going down 'injured' to waste time, in which he righly got stick.

3 days ago 1 0 0 0

Oh yeah, he has done fantastically, but it is interesting things go a little quieter. Greater investment is needed on the pitch though & more importantly, money spent needs to be spent better because the summer recruitment was woeful. I think he stays. He loves it here. As long as he is given $

I said this earlier. Love Devlin. Want him to stay, but if we got 6m-10m + sell on clause, and that all reinvested into the side, I'll be ok. We have Swanson & Williams who have been immense. We definitely need another LB, though.

Also, Crewe are a bigger club than Spurs anyway.

They've weirdly gone quiet again
