So far, I can't get the weight off no matter what. The doctor was like, yeah this is what happens. I tried a rigorous weight training program to no avail. I see a little loss when I started intervals again for 1/2 mary training

In December of 2023, southern California had a very unexpected visitor. #SuperbOwl

Burrowing owl from a few years back. Fish and Game voted to add this owl to the endangered species list here in CA. It's status is being reviewed currently by CADFW. #SuperbOwl

The first owl i ever saw in the wild was when I went to the Galapagos. This is the short eared owl. Just chilling on a rock like most of the Galapagos birds. #SuperbOwl
