Yeah, that was good too they got into the spirit of the game.

I have no doubt this is true.
Yeah, UK version is good. It’s not littered with asshole reality show alumni like the other ones are. It’s actually a pretty engaging watch in a trashy fun kinda way.
Robinson Crusoe!
Yeah, I hear it’s not a short play. But such a classic. I have hopes of getting a shot at it during this year’s PAX Australia.
I have a similar feeling about music. When I was a teenager, new music was hard to come by. I lived in a small country town which had no record stores. Streaming wasn’t a thing yet. A new album was a rarity and a joy to be pored over again and again.
Watched this one earlier today via the newsletter link and found myself nodding along in agreement. I think the idea of friction as a positive factor is very true.
Would love a chance to play this one sometime.
Die Hardly?
I’d have liked to see one where an aging John McClane has to get back in shape. Diet Hard.
Screencapture of an email, which reads "To support Netlify's evolution from a front-end deployment and hosting site to a platform where anyone can prompt and build..."
Fucking spare me.
Technically it’s a vegan omelette.

Alt text: photographs of a golden, bubbly loaf of focaccia fresh out of the oven.
Tonight’s focaccia is the best so far.
Bullshit. Of it was a tea redneck it would be holding a tinnie of VB.
I love our little monster but, oh man, I’d be delighted with “tiny little teeth marks on the remote”!
“Another experiment found that users still listened to AI when it gave them the wrong answer nearly 80 percent of the time — a grim trend the researchers dubbed “cognitive surrender.””
Cognitive Surrender is a horrifically perfect term.
A 6 image montage of raku pottery work by Alchemy. On the top left is a stout vase with reds, blues and violets. To the right is a teardrop shaped piece in green and red with bubbles. To the far right is a copper coloured vase in a classic shape with greys and browns and glaze peeling. On the bottom row is a bulbous turquoise vase with raku cracks and flecks of gold. In the centre is a gazing orb in coppers, silvers and blues on a pedestal. On the bottom right is a turquoise vase with cracking and bubbles in a classic shape.
I make raku pottery.
Which means clay, fire, smoke . . . and a little bit of chaos and magic.✨
These are my newest vessels from the flames. 🔥
If you feel like helping them find their people, a like or share means so much.🙏
Wishing you joy in the chaos 💙
Every moment that he's not impeached and removed from office is another moment of failure. Every moment broadcasts to the world that Congress doesn't value human life and is happy to embrace war crimes.
Honestly spent way too long trying to work out the Robert Smith/Cure joke that, in fact, wasn’t here.
Good game.
Screenshot from the Simpsons. Milhouse pointing at a blackboard covered in a complex network of lines, circles, arrows and text in an attempt to document a vast conspiracy. Milhouse is saying “THE RAND CORPORATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SAUCER PEOPLE, UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE REVERSE VAMPIRES...”
Puts me in mind of this gem.
Thriller still has the greatest video clip of all time. It’s not even close.
I attended the most recent funeral of my friend who keeps faking his own death. A woman got up and said she would miss him and that he had "a certain kitsch appeal as a lover". Another woman agreed, a little later a guy who looked like my friend, but with a beard, spoke and said "he was a stallion".
