The problem is Agile got wrapped up in buzzwords, frameworks, and snake oil sales pitches. But agility? That’s timeless. It’s people being smart, responding to change, and getting sh*t done without a manual or a ritualistic “stand-up” in a cramped meeting room.

Agility—actual, meaningful adaptability—has been around since humans first figured out that running from saber-toothed tigers wasn’t a bad idea. Agile with a capital “A” was just the branding exercise someone slapped on it to make it sellable.
