True, I just feel here, and other parts of the world are being Americanised in terms of politics.. things feel different and not in a good way.

I agree on a lack of charisma.. I always thought we as Australians look past the facades and bullshit and generally elect the best party for the time, but I think things are unfortunately shifting to personality politics.
