In a rare moment of adulthood, checked how much interest i would earn on savings vs. the interest charged on my CC bills. No contest, credit card cleared!. Thank you mortgage company for the 4 months refund!

After a lovely day with friends in London yesterday, today I had my first catchup with my friends here in Southampton. What a weekend and still more unpacking do to!

Sadly its so people dont get away with not paying for them, Sainsburys, Aldi and Tesco all did it on my last visits there

Time to drive to my new city!

After 18 years in this flat, today got emotional more than once. New adventures start tomorrow, with picking up keys and unloading!

3 hours sleep because of worry about everything fitting in a van. FFS today is going to be fun. Lots of deep breaths before speaking I think!

I've just sent this to my bestie..In the last 'few years' one person has been that linchpin, that confidant and that person i could too. I am emotional eight now as my stupid choice has made that more difficult, but I know they are always there. Right, now I've expressed that, where is the wine!?

Clos friend constantly called me a bitch, had 2 warnings and now won't speak to me after I hung up on them. Im sorry but no matter how jovial, after being called it for 5 days constantly its grating and rude.

Two boxes packed, two trips to a charity shop and a lovely walk back...time to relax a bit before another box to pack.

Think I just walked out of the best local I've been in. Remembered by name even though i haven't been in for 2 months, and a great crowd. A high standard to live up to in the new community.
