Count Dregon - I referenced Vega/M.Bison from the Street II movie + Dr. Doom while drawing him up

Lore: Edenoi is known for it's technological advances and automatons, Dregon abused this to create a suit to challenge his Father in combat/Civil war to hand over the Masked Rider powers
