It's actually a bit of a curious thing. People view their own bodies differently than they view those of others. If you think about it, (most) people don't (usually) get turned on by looking at themselves from their own point of view, even if they might have in a third-person view.
I'd argue yes, same as autofellatio. Masturbation is really just pleasuring ones own genitals, so I'd say that all fall into that category.
Well, it's best to know what the rules are before breaking them.
So in reality, autopenetration is actually kind of plausible (though not quite the way we did it in Benefitship). You can find some rare videos of guys doing it, though it seems fairly rough, and probably not *super* comfortable.
Fun fact, this is more of an agility issue than a size issue. With sufficient stretching and the proper position, autofellatio is absolutely plausible with an average-sized penis.

I composed the music for the first Benefitship, but my skills are pretty limited, so Benefitship: The Hallowed Wiener will have a new OST composed by g3ntlebreeze!
This is just one of the many things we're polishing for the sequel, so check out the demo on February 23rd!
Full voice acting is a *lot* of work! Communicating with VAs, going over hours of audio to choose takes, then *again* to make fixes and request retakes! What you hear once, I've heard easily 50+ times by release!
