It was on all ports of the game except for the DS. They released an update to patch it out, but they couldn't do that with the wii version, so it'll always be there.

In the Wii / SD textures of Roulette Road in 'Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing', a temporary asset was accidentally used. Artwork of Sonia, from 'Sonic Underground', was ripped from DeviantArt user ArtByRiana and put in the game. In the HD versions it uses the correct Amy card.
