Idk really. As far as I remember I always had 'weird' or 'funny' feelings about diapers. I remember as a kid playing with my stuffies and having them force me into diapers and enjoying that idea a lot (I was very normal :3)

It really is just as simple as doing it. You won't start out skilled but you'll begin to refine your craft overtime and develope your own style. It takes time and deep personal commitment imo. You could start with just simple doodles on notebooks ^^
