Attie being one of the top blocked accounts on Bluesky is really funny, but it won't do anything. ATProto is fundamentally designed to vacuum up as much of your data as possible to be aggregated into a feed generator. No matter who you block, your posts will be visible on the firehose to everyone.

When they killed Play Music I stopped using subscription music entirely because YouTube Music was just that awful. The player is buggy, the UI is awful, and the AI curated feed dominates everything when I just want to access my library. I went back to buying music and running my own library. =w=

I'm not an expert but this looks pretty benign. The proposal is to eliminate reputational risk as a metric in supervisory proceedings for financial risk assessment. It wouldn't change what banks can and can't do, but might slightly reduce their desire to censor. Any little bit helps for sure.
