Big news for film wierdos - not only has yippeekaiyay mothervideo released Albert Pyun's director's cut of Cyborg on blu ray with a bunch of extra features, they confirmed to me that they're (eventually) doing Radioactive Dreams, his post-apocalyptic detective story, previously only on VHS and LD.

Radioactive Dreams?? Awesome!!
Gonna Google best way to cause a power outage in that area for the event
Give me a game and I'll give you my honest opinion on it
Going to try this again.
Be warned, both Space Channel 5 games are pretty unforgiving with the timing. Space Channel 5 Part 2 is a little nicer and a better game overall.
My favorites are probably the Space Channel 5 games and Rhythm Thief. Space Channel 5 is just so goofy and campy that it cheers me up every time and Rhythm Thief's variety of rhythm games, story, and adventure game elements are just super well done. It's tragic it didn't sell well.
Shining Force
I freaking love Urusei Yatsura. I really need to finally play this.
Professor Layton (any of them)
That's pretty cool! I'll keep that in mind next time I see it around.
I haven't played them. All of the Saga games are a pretty big blind spot for me. I should change that sometime.
The theater games are...fine? I think they're just ok. The music is great but the gameplay gets old. There are much better rhythm games for portables out there, like Rhythm Thief, Guitarooman, Elite Beat Agents, etc.
Mr Do is ok. I've played it at arcades a few times. Its sorta similar to Dig Dug and I prefer that game.
Blaster Master is a lot of fun, one of the NES games that I think is easy to go back to today. I also like the more recent sequels on Switch. I haven't played Sommer Assault and the only Klonoa games I've played are the GBA and Wonderswan ones, but I think they are really fun.
One of my favorite arcade beat em ups and one of the few I've put in the time to get good enough at to beat it. I wish there was a good home console port.
I've only played part of Zone of The Enders for a few hours at a friend's place when the HD collection came out and thought it was pretty cool. I'd like to play more of it.

PCEdev today. Still at it! I've done a little optimisation on the sound engine, and I've added the 2nd miniboss's ship coming in

I am waiting for the indie renaissance of this style of PC Engine CD/Sega CD game that immediately predates FMV, where fully cel-animated cutscenes are traced over frame by frame with pixel art drawn in real time
I love it when the touch screen on my phone wigs out and all of a sudden I've commented gibberish on posts, I followed like 3 people and liked 9 random things as I try to tap it back to stability.
Seriously. Love it.

Awesome. I'm almost done playing Cosmic Fantasy 3 and I'm already planning stuff for the video and working on illustrations for it. ๐
@chibiufo.bsky.social are you still down to be part of a test audience for my YouTube videos?
I really do want to give it another shot. I was only just getting a feel for it when I played it before. When I'm done with the 2 RPGs I'm playing now maybe I'll start it again
I haven't played this one. I got like halfway through Secret of Mana and then the save battery died. I keep saying I'll try this after I go back and beat that
I've only played a few hours of Sweet Home. My whole party died and I just never went back to try again. I should though, it's got some great ideas, is creepy, and @chibiufo.bsky.social is a big fan so that is good praise.
Ahhh, Mother 1/Earthbound Beginnings. I love this game, even more with the retranslation for the GBA port. It's really charming, funny, and one of my favorite 8 bit RPGs
Sorceriannis one I have on my Everdrive, I'll make a not to try it when I hook up my Genesis again
I'm going to save you some time and disappoint you. I haven't played any of them. I wasn't really a PC gamer until very recently
Mother 3
