Def a long convo. I generally agree with all your points here. This should not replace structured documentation. It can be really useful in helping you know what questions to even ask, and which packages or documentations you need to go reference. but those things are the actual sources of truth

Admittedly, no lol. But I guess I was thinking more like referencing other similar implementations and using pieces to build your own. That’s sort of how I use the tool personally. A jumping off point, or an exploration of potential options. I don’t just go like generate my app for me please.

I get you, and understand your perspective, I just don’t agree that thats exactly what is happening with Blacksky itself. A lot of things we use in capitalism are conflicting. Like driving, shopping, traveling. All these things have human impact because of the structures of capitalism. 1/2

The environmental and social impacts of the tools def complicate things. the efficiency gains are hard to ignore. They have a small team, they are competing MASSIVE companies. So yeah, it’s conflicting. Life is complicated 2/2
