I won't get into everything else because this is already way more being honest on the internet than I'm used to, but it just feels like there's so much in my way, and calling out for help to my doctors and former therapists is currently like talking to a brick wall.

The more I have to randomly dip for a bit, I have to repeat the cycle of getting comfy again. It's another cycle of hurting my numbers, and feeling hurt in myself based on what they used to be. All while I'm trying to better myself. Try losing weight with PCOS and ADHD. Promise you it's not fun.

I need to be real about streaming, otherwise my head will explode. I'm really struggling to stay consistent. If my physical health isn't taking a turn, my mental health is. Life also isn't giving me any breaks. I have so many different things I'm trying to achieve, and thus achieving none of them.
