Mythos, I own most of the debt stack and want to push thru a prepack. How much of the preferred do I need to own to prevent it from causing dissidence in getting majority to agree to this deal.

The thesis was the preferred level had priority claim on $250mm cash + ownership of Cornerstone claim. All that going bye bye in the restructuring.
Clearly I can’t read good. LLMs making brain melt.
This one had a weird capital structure so there was a floating thesis that the preferred equity was getting something. The common equity was always gonna be zorro.
I hope you are right but I don’t see where it says preferred gets wiped? I see equity zero in there but only that preferred is getting delisted.
Feels like SLV never getting there again
At 60, SLV = $100 again?
why does this correlation exist? pure factor trading or is there an underlying thesis on why they would be connected?
Three annoyingly difficult mental hurdles:
1) Doing nothing for long stretches of time
2) When something to do, go for the jugular
3) Willing to hold and withstand pain until you win
"They physical world has rhythms, and those who study those rhythms more patiently than anyone else eventually profit from them"
No one in trouble is acting like they are in trouble. they are acting like this is all a temporary blip. and the AI / data center freight train narrative just seems to getting more and more speed. if trouble actually appears, there is a big cliff dive coming.
welcome back sir.
why datacenters? ME money funding disappearing? or hype bubble dissipating?
other than oil and maybe bit, none of the others in trouble seem to looking for someone to ease the pain? peak pain not reached yet it seems?

Biggest peace of mind on Clear Street is I’ve never been bought in on borrow recall. At IBKR, even with pre-borrow, I had borrow recalled. This happened to me just last week where my pre-borrow at IBKR was reduced and was bought in vs Clear Street has held on for same security.
Tighter with margin. I’ve never (unfortunately… or fortunately) never come close to the rails on margin. I know during spec mayhem, margin reqs increase materially at ibkr. Haven’t seen that at Clear Street but that’s more because haven’t seen truly mkt wide craziness.
fwiw, I use them more than IBKR now. use their "high touch" service => read: ask human traders to execute trades via chat. Great support, good people. The other part is their ability to source borrow on HTB names (and with good rates). Biggest weakness is options which I prefer to still use IBKR.

Cruel twist that the apes used to have a piece that they sold.
This vehicle seems best way to play it.

Ease up on tariffs by Friday?
“I was promised exit liquidity from the gov’t, where the heck is that?”
Why important? Because RoW exiting reliance on Starlink / US companies? And that it will accelerate?
Or that there are many more companies in RoW that will benefit now on a go forward basis?
