I remain focused on supporting local efforts to combat the opioid crisis and save lives. Since 2024, I have introduced four pieces of legislation to fight fentanyl in Northwest Washington. I will continue working to bring funding and resources back to address this crisis.
We need to increase the supply of affordable homes. I have supported efforts to expand affordable housing options and have continued to work with local leaders to bring federal resources back for affordable housing priorities.

Health care costs have continued to rise, and with the expiration of the ACA tax credits, these rises have hit Northwest Washington.
I will continue working to lower health care costs across our state and fight for the Washingtonians who benefit from the ACA.

Today marks the anniversary of the passage of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Sixteen years later, the ACA continues to save lives, expand coverage, and have a positive impact on those who sign up.
